We manage the project for you so you can do what you love to do most. Since design is more about managing a process and project, we work with you to make sure your vision is executed, and we do the construction and purchasing management we prevent potentially costly and frustrating mistakes.
You just say yes or no to design decisions, and let us “make it so.” This service is for you if you’re a busy executive at home or at work, and you want it done right.
Project management – Managing an interior design or construction project takes lots of juggling, knowledge of resources and how to get them to show up and get the work done right the first time. If your time is valuable to you, you’ll love not worrying about managing a process that is constantly changing and, quite frankly, like herding cats.
Design Vision – we take your ideas and preferences and meld them into your personalized Design Vision. We express your inner desires with a concept that is complete and all you.
Design Vision Blueprint – your vision on paper (or by digital delivery) is clearly defined so the design intent can be executed by your team.
Every Last Detail Plan – includes all finishes, furnishings, fabrics, appliances, cabinetry and design elements you need to complete your home to perfection.
Color Printing – your perfect palette is cleverly designed and crafted to express your inner personality.
Illumination Plan – feature your personal treasures with accent lighting, or create a warm ambiance for everyday living, or even a splashy party.
Treasure Hunt - the right antiques can be the bones of good design, and the art and accessories are the jewelry of your home. We help you select the right pieces to create that beautiful blend for your taste and budget.
Shop with Lauren – whether you want me to purchase for you, or you want expert advice when sourcing your favorite retailer, we can custom-tailor the perfect shopping experience for you.
Team Orchestration – it takes a team to create a remodel – as many as one hundred different vendors, subcontractors and resources could be part of your master project. What is your time worth? Do you have time to manage, cajole and keep everyone on track? If not, we can make it so.
Purchasing Management – when you purchase a custom product for your home, it takes as many as 75 steps to make sure that product is ordered properly and turns out exactly as you expect. We expertly manage the process so you don’t have to do it.
